I've got to the point where I just don't think you can know. Lance got away wtih it for years - despite being the most tested person on the planet. US olympic athletes dope like crazy (Marion Jones, her husband). The reality is we can't know who is clean and who is not.

My interest in the Olympics is at an all time low. I just don't think I can be bothered.

Super dodgy understates it. According to a program I watched on ABC about the Russia doping scandal, Jamaica did no out of competition testing for the six months leading up to London Olympics.

And they won all the sprinting medals...

I think there are a lot more doing ped s than people realise , testing only catches the fools who don't know what they are doing .

Lance Armstrong never tested positive .

You are allowed a certain amount of testosterone in your system before they declare it suss . The amount they allow is to allow for the freak in nature who might have extra high natural levels . Funny that nearly everyone they test is just on that limit . Doctors monitor their levels before comps just to keep them legal . They hit it a lot harder while In training away from testers .

That's actually not true he tested positive once and then got a doctor to write him a back dated prescription for a topical cream to cover it up. The UCI of course accepted it.

If your interested in the story I highly recommend watching "Stop at Nothing, the Lance Armstrong story" its on netflix and is a good watch.

I'm not at all surprised with this decision. The IOC is spineless and Coe is full of hot air. :(

Correction: I should say Bach. Coe can still redeem himself.

I have to imagine that after the IOC awarded the Winter Olympics to fucking Sochi, Putin has all the information he needs to blackmail them too. Giant sports organisations like the IOC are probably shitting themselves after what happened to FIFA.
