Who the fuck is in charge?
From 3:40
TalkTV’s Julia Hartley-Brewer accuses Adidas of “mocking women” by using a male model to advertise their 2023 Pride women's swimsuit.
“Does the price of this WOMEN'S swimsuit include the cost of the sock to shove down my crotch? Unlike the model, I don’t have a penis and testicles!”

The whole thing is completely mad isn’t it? I’m 99% on her side but she doesn’t help her own argument by trying to lay it all on men. FFS the vast majority of us guys are with you this one, don’t bloody alienate us.

Could go in a number of places ... but illustrative of the emotions in the trans debate AND the idiocy of Twitter.
I'd usually have picked Jordan Peterson to be reasonably measured and logical but he's gone off here seemingly without watching the video. Would fit right in on TSF.
Most of the comments following his have obviously done, or not done, the same.
Video makes the case that sex remains binary despite atypical chromosome combinations. (Have seen a couple of similar vids from that dude before.)

Saddening and maddening
If they can find a thousand classifications for paralympic sport surely to god they can get two for women's sport
Real and pretend

@MiketheSnow I used to think this, but I think they’ve got it all wrong.
Men’s sport needs to ensure it’s welcoming for men dressed up as woman. If the argument is transitioning takes away some of your men advantages, well whose problem is that?
The whole worlds? Or yours?

So it’s no longer just elite sport. This could suck the life out of women’s sport at all levels and more worryingly age groups.
You have women's sport or you don't.
Simple.

Unfortunately identifying as a woman gives that person the 'right' to choose where they compete
Doubly unfortunately they are choosing to compete as women
This is a governing body issue plain and simple

@Bones I wonder if some men are doing this deliberately in order to have this travesty addressed once and for all
That powerlifter certainly was

You’ve not been to a Highland Games then?

Trans cyclist Emily Bridges seems really wound up by this. I'm tempted to say it's probably the testosterone - but won't.
