Rebels v Crusaders

Been really impressed with the Rebels loosies. They’re very active at the collisions and cover plenty of ground. Good balance in the trio too.
-
@ACT-Crusader fucken boooooooring.
OKeefe preventing any possible interest being generated by finding a yellow card when Hodge was clearly over the ball.
-
Jeez Mo'unga and Whitelock are going to take some replacing next year. They really are two major pieces to this side.

Way to talk about the positives

@KiwiMurph which are? I suppose a comp where the favourites win every match would be reliable for a punt.
It's been a genuinely entertaining game. Wonderful skill. Easily Rebels best performance of the season.

Better intensity in the second half and our subs have made a real impact.
McLeod is a really good player. Smart and runs with a bit sting.

@ACT-Crusader Fergus was quietly having a shocker, so a good move to sub him.
Thought Goodhue was really good, as well. Making good decisions as usual - including not to play a lot of footie in our own 22.
Grace was excellent and the new hooker had a debut to remember - I presume it was his debut, because I can't recall seeing him anywhere before.

If the Rebels could play for 80mins, they'd be a force in this competition.
-
@antipodean. And if the Force could play 80 minutes they would be Rebels with a cause

They lost a bit of direction. Losing Stacey Ili didn’t help on that front given he often sets the tone for how the backline plays.
