    <p>in terms of penalties yes, but in terms of being penalised for being weaker, I just dont agree.</p>

    I reckon it depends, if its foul play, which prevented the try, YC every time. If you just get monstered on the scrum and your head pops up, propably not, but if you continuosly pull the scrum down then you might be looking at both. <br><br>
    Of course those scrums that just fold under pressure, it might be hard to identify the culprit, so how on earth are you going to bin someone?
