Blues v Tahs
-
Foley rips the ball out and it's called a knock on by the Blues player. Last week TJP knocked the ball out of Foley's hands and it was called a knock on by TJP.

It seems if you knock the ball out of a players hands and it goes forwards, it's a knock on by you. If it goes backwards, it's a knock on by the player with the ball.

I'm struggling to understand the rulings on that. -
Bryn HaLL taken too long to pass.. step hop pass...

I reckon it depends, if its foul play, which prevented the try, YC every time. If you just get monstered on the scrum and your head pops up, propably not, but if you continuosly pull the scrum down then you might be looking at both.

Of course those scrums that just fold under pressure, it might be hard to identify the culprit, so how on earth are you going to bin someone? -
