I don't think it should matter. Mick Bryne was an All Black assistant coach between 2005-2015, he wasn't a Kiwi.
I do, Byrne was never going to coach a tier 1 team , O'Gara will.

Masterstroke or not it would be an Awesome move to get Smith added to the coaching group
I would love to see him involved again.
Wayne Smith was a mentor to Razor and they are good mates,I hope it happens. -

@Chris We are in the middle of a Super Rugby campaign. Hurricanes are ranked pretty well, and are even above the Crusaders at this stage.
What has that got do with Holland being on Razors Coaching team.
I reckon he won’t be.
Hurricanes have to play The Chiefs twice,The Blues once more the Brumbies ,Crusaders and Fiji Dura in Fiji.
They may not be in the top 4 by then. -

@Chris They have lots of depth still to come in. He maybe a big part of his coaching team especially if they do well in the finals. He will be a very in demand coach.
We shall see, not the in AB set up is my thinking.
