I believe the Crusaders have locked in their coach but will not announce it until after the SR season is finished.
Jamie Joseph a proud Malborourian from Blenheim has gone back to his roots...

Yeah not signed as yet, but pretty sorted who they want.
Would be surprised if they not sorted, they knew it's Razor's last year, and they usually a pretty switched on club.

At the academy is he?

@kiwi_expat in the full squad, former Landers under 20s player and gets his 1st start of the season against the reds

@Stargazer While he may or may not return to New Zealand, what is becoming obvious is that we are likely to see a slight reversal of our coaches going overseas. This presents an opportunity for coaches to return which seem highly likely, whether for head coach or assistant coaching roles.

I'm tempted to retire to the South of France, judging by the waistlines of Kiwis there, the food is pretty good.
-
@nostrildamus If you are judging by waistlines, NZ food is unbelievably good!

Ben Herring is a guy I could see returning to coach a NZ SR team in the future, he's a promising young coach.

Rennie will come home to the Canes.
I mean the training facilities are just down the road from his "home".
Surely a done deal!

@Tim said in Next Blues, Crusaders, Hurricanes coach discussion:
@Higgins Yeah, did he accomplish anything with Otago?
a fair question, you do have to balance that against the quality of player he had to work with
