Does he know how to do anything else though?
Franks is the type of prop that teams like Ireland plan to isolate in defence and ran at/through.

I'm going to throw Billy Proctor into the mixer, he has been rock solid for the Canes to kick-off 2023, continuing his form from the NPC. With plenty of uncertainty around our midfield for the World-Cup, Proctor wouldn't be a bad option with the way he's playing.

Win World Cups. He's won two of them which is two more than anyone in the Ireland Squad.

If Fainga'anuku keeps playing the way he's doing now, there may be one spot less for a bolter.

@Stargazer very very unlikely after last season on and off field was given great chance and basically blew it

I think the term used was 'a torrid time' in camp.

Anyone know what happened? Not after salacious gossip just trying to understand the talk.

Maybe,But a good chance for 2024 if he keeps up his form through next season.
    Different coaching,different eyes for selections.

Just a line in an article about a week ago that said he had a bad time in camp last year and then the 'sauce' comment above fro you know who that implied he had shit the bed and wasn't welcome.

@Crucial I no who you mean

you'd have to think if he can keep the form up he'll have another shot under Razor

For sure. Maybe the imlication is that he is happy to wait until then if he has somehow burned bridges with Foster?

@Crucial well when u late to training for a start doesn't help and the attitude with especially the chiefs was not welcome and fozzy doesn't accept that or rest of coaching staff and his on field play was poor

It was interesting to see In the bit of pre game time footage in the Crusaders dressing room for the Brumbies game,Razor was having a big chat to LF, whatever was said seemed to have worked.

A bolter in a rugby context is a surprise selection, a pick that most of the public didn't see coming.
