Well that was shit. Ref should've stood them up a few times but oh well. Brock has nothing for Cain or Cormier though.

UFC 200

MILLER v GOMI
Gomi punished

MOUSASI v SANTOS
Mousasi swarmed Santos and timed his shot perfectly

SANCHEZ v LAUZON
WOW! Relentless from Lauzon. First fighter to finish Sanchez with strikes

-----

NORTHCUTT v MARIN
Good return to winning ways for Northcutt. Showed he has better ground defence, a solid chin and durability

DILLASHAW v ASSUNCAO
Dillashaw too quick and accurate. Deserved unanimous points win for TJ

HENDRICKS v GASTELUM
Average slug fest. Gastelum unanimous decision. Hendricks has fallen away quickly

ZINGANO v PENA
Pena took some punishment in the first, but then dominated Zingano for the win

-----

VELASQUEZ v BROWNE
Velasquez too strong for Browne. Looking back to his best.

ALDO v EDGAR
Edgar busy all fight but Aldo cycled and counter struck well for the unanimous point win

SILVA v CORMIER
Fair play to Silva taking the fight on 2 days notice, but Cormier too big & powerful for him. Looked more like a Heavyweight versus a Light Heavyweight
Lasted longer than I thought though
Smart fight from Cormier but won no fans tonight
Silva on the other hand did a lot to gild his reputation and legacy after some poor bouts
Based on that conditioning - did Cormier underestimate Silva - Jones would have walked this fight. Dullard

HUNT v LESNAR
Not the barnstormer that everyone was hoping for but a good result for Lesnar after 5 years away against a very dangerous opponent
Humble in victory
Hunt is one tough bastard

TATE v NUNES
Excellent performance from Nunes. She's got it all
The Ladies Bantamweight Merry Go Round goes on

Hunt Lesnar and Cormier/Silva were both large disappointments. Heavy weight fights are tough though as there is just too much power in the punches

Anybody know why Tate/Nunes ended up taking top billing?

Conor McGregor can fuck off. He didn't live up to his contract and then tried to make the fight all about him. Like the little kid that has a tantrum and is excluded, but then wants back in.

I wonder when Rousey will be back - as thats 3 woman world champs now since she departed the scene.

What an amazing coincidence that happened right when the UFC finally went all in with drug testing! It's no wonder he dodged the drug testing GSP was paying for out of his own pocket a couple years ago.

Completely different kind of fighter and fight. Anderson may be a lot smaller than Jones but he's a far more dangerous standup fighter as well (unless we count eye pokes).

Title fights always get top billing in the UFC. It actually caused a bit of controversy when they first introduced women's fights in the UFC because all the internet man children thought Rousey headlining over Dan Henderson was the worst thing ever...

Good thing they did it too, Tate/Nunes was a much better fight.

Yeah, they initially bumped Lesnar v Hunt to top billing, but Dana White said once things calmed down they realised it should be the title fight that got bumped up.

Apparently the owners of UFC just sold it for $4 Billion. Not bad for an outlay of $2 Million 15 years ago.

All those muscles are pointless if a bloke can't fight through and that's where Lesner surprised me the most, I thought Hunt would deal to him to be honest.

Ah ok, fair call, I don't follow either particularly closely so wasn't aware of this.

In any case it's a fair old effort when you consider WWE stars aren't really "sportsmen" as such ( I may risk opening a can of worms in saying that )

I always enjoyed reading this guys exploits, Raz surely Haku would have been a favourite of yours back in the day ? sounds like he could have been a UFC sensation.....( I'm not sure how true some of these stories are though )
