Uruguay upset Fiji in the Men's 7s.

The Uruguayans have been great value this season.

Another upset. Samoa just lost 12 - 14 to the USA.

Now AB7s v Spain.

Didn't watch the game, but the AB7s have defeated Spain 17 - 7.

Despite the AB7s having two wins and Samoa and the USA only one, it's still a tricky pool. We can still miss out of the Cup QFs if we lose to Samoa in the next game, because the USA is likely to beat Spain.

Surely not possible when we beat USA by 52 points. Points difference will come into it. Well technically possible but realistically not gonna happen.

@KiwiMurph Yeah, it's a bit of a theoretical possibility. The AB7s would have to be particularly bad against Samoa and the USA should have a try fest.

I see the Aussie men lost their game to Canada 12 - 29. They've really fallen off the cliff after winning the first (Hong Kong) tournament, because Canada are pretty average these days.

Lost a couple of key players but yeah, they have really gone off the boil. Olympic qualification is going to get ugly

Blyde does it again vs Fijiana. Give a player a 10 metre start then mows her down and forces a turnover. Followed up moments later with a half break and angled run to the line.

The AB7s beat Samoa 40 - 5, this morning.

Both Samoa and South Africa haven't made the Cup QFs. I don't think South Africa will drop out of the top 4, unless maybe Australia or France win the tournament, which we obviously don't want to happen.
