Question for those that sat through the whole game (and the other one).
Were the 'time wasting' changes evident? Lineouts? Scrums? Fake injuries?
Yes, only on the last line out was there anything towards time waring, England didn't huddled but they talked and walked slowly in.
Referees were awesome, will done team kiwi
Two tens don't work England, especially with a light weight 13. No dead cat bounce fit England, how will it work for Oz? I'm glad their idea of playing like South Africa with kicking didn't pay off. I'm half English, but I fall back on my Scottish ancestry side in any team with Farrell in it, although Maro was not his normal utter tosser self.
This face made me smile
Scotland played a more fun brand of rugby and got away with it, now ranked fifth in the world! Clan de Merwe scored some great tries, but he jammed in on defence so often, he was awful
Still MOM. Good on him.
Yeah, they're so accurate in assessment, press MotM
You’re definitely showing your English roots here
We’re talking about the worlds best winger
He's at least second best to his countryman, Kolbe
EDIT: my name is Scott [name of 3 Scottish Kings] [Clan name 1] [Clan name 2] haha lots of Scottishness there
Sure is Scott Donald Donald Donald Donald Donald.

@Duluth my first impression was that he looked really unco but watching that you can see his 'style' easier. He basically keeps his upper body locked in place and everything comes from the legs. A DMac or Cully would be shimmying with their upper body. Jonah was similar but looked more graceful (probably because of a longer stride).

Strong run, good decisions and effective fend but even in slo-mo I didn't think it was that graceful, runs like Jack Reacher after a bad curry.

Fuck off Borthwick you whinging fluffybunny
You took the job on
You had time to review all the footage
You essentially chose the same team as Eddie where it matters, and it failed
That's on you cunyt

There's been plenty of chat about the shitty England defence in van der Merwe's first try.. and rightly so.
But his balance and footwork was great for a big man
When did John Kirwan debut for Scotland?
Sensational.

@Kirwan yep, his running style, swerve both reminded me of JK
Was uncanny, the swerve, fend, step and pace. Great try

Scotland had less than 30% territory

Scotland had less than 30% territory
and yet Eddie ruined the English forwards according to Steve Borthwick.

but what a difference a year makes

SA mark 2
70 open-plays kicks in the game against Scotland on Saturday, 34 by England and 36 by Scotland. The difference looks negligible: but scratch the surface, and 13 of the England kicks were launched from positions inside the Scotland half, compared to only two by their opponents.
