I wonder what it would take for Kane to have actually used a sixth bowler this tournament. The way things have gone I almost think he'd have expected one of the main five to keep bowling even injured...

Only ourselves to blame. Bowled poor lengths, didn't bring the spinners on nearly early enough despite a slow dry pitch, and dropped catches on top of that. 152 was defendable but we've been very poor in the field.
