was wondering earlier why Northland had to move thier game v Manawatu from Okara (due to womens RWC) yet Auckland are allowed to stay at EP?
The Groundsman was saying Eden Park has some artificial stuff mixed in…
Who took decision - I though it was Northland?

Good patience, Auckland tie it up
-
Thought that warranted another look...
Perofeta needs the ball more.

It will be a turf assessment I guess.

It’s quite a science these days. Drainage and a bit of seed doesn’t cut it compared to the top stadia.
That big sports training centre is being built not far from us and they scraped the old grounds down a good metre or more to rebuild them with a sand and soil mix. Was quite impressive the amount of earth moving.
