if @Snowy sells meat pies as well, (with the faintest aroma of 'learnings') I'm definitely locking all the doors tonight.

So now all the shit show is over let's get back to rugby.
Anyone think there should be changes for the first test?
    Reece?
I could live with RTS on bench if he has decent game for Auckland,or Goodhue if goes ok for Northland,

Apparently, RTS has big biceps so that means he should start. I am consigned to the fate of never seeing a TUJ or PUJ in the midfield in the near future.

Ennor probably can go back to Canterbury

    There is no probably.

Forwards, I would like them to be left, I thought starting front row could be left as was, and just think maybe just give Sam W a rest towards end of game if score allows.

Absolutely, we need to give Sam W. a break or two.

Do you think this is the game for Jordan at 15?

Do the ABs do public training runs? If so, anyone know where and when they are training this week in Christchurch? I am guessing Rugby Park?

Ohhh suuuuure, like we're going to give you the whereabouts of Foster. Want to know good grassy knoll hiding spots too?

Fuck, I didn't think anyone on here was smart enough to work out my plan.

Fuck off and find your own spot, you're knocking my rifle cradle.

    you boys are no @Snowy

@Snowy is helping with the clean up and disposal.

I assume that you are still the long arm of the law so I’d just be helping the police with their “enquiries”.

Best way to dispose of “stuff” is online auction from a storage unit. Just saying.

If someone happened to know someone who still flew commercial planes...how much of an identifiable body is left after accidentally falling from 30,000 feet? Just asking for this thriller I'm writing...

Not sure. I think I would prefer we keep JB there (as with others) until we in a position results wise to risk things, the Argies aren't a bad team and I can see a risk maybe in 2nd test. I would prefer to keep things as they are and lets see if we settle starting 15.
On the RTS, as I have never seen him play league , I have just thought that everyone has raved a fair bit, but if they try him off banch I really think it should be 2nd Argie test (under same, if 1st one goes alright. I used to be a reasonable fan of the UJ brothers, but not really convinced they are really test players, but would love them to show me they are.

How about we nail down some consistency first, then try some things from the bench?

Arg 2, maybe a bit of growth. But not Arg 1. Can Foster's ABs put 2 decent performances in a row? I'm not sure they ever have?

5 in a row against Oz and Arg last year?

@Crucial I get that but how about as subs.
Papilii and Sotutu haven't had any decent game time. I think their form over the past year deserves it.

they were wins but i dont remember them being particularly good games, won on the back of individual moments of brilliance

Yeah I didn't say wins, but good performances as a team. They were, as mentioned, down to individual genius - The Foster Master Plan

Aren't the vast majority of rugby games scoring moments based on individual bits of genius?
Absolutely you have to set a platform for those to happen and sometimes scoring happens against the run of basic play.
I don't see an issue if doing what we need to in order to create opportunities is the 'master plan'.
Most of the time the proof is in the score. We did enough to create and take more opportunities than the opposition.
The big problem is when we don't do enough or rely totally on opposition unforced errors.
I don't think in that run of games we simply relied on the other team being pants. We forced enough errors from them.

@Crucial you get what people mean surely

other teams might spend time building phases, working their way up field and yes....the perfect dummy or skip pass puts someone over the line

We try and do our moment of brilliance inside out own half and strike from anywhere without the graft to put them in a position where it is more likely to work
