@mariner4life Ricky has the most fines out of anyone in the history of the NRL, clearly fines don't work for him which is why they probably added one week suspension. Enough? hardly, but it still raises the ire of Kent..I know I shouldnt be but I am surprised to the extend he is till sticking to Ricky's side. Regardless of what happened over 10 years ago, that doesn't give anyone any right to make those comments in that forum.
it's a pretty dirty way to go about the defense too
zero specifics. just say "if you knew the truth you would take his side" say nothing else (and call it strength for holding your tongue). Just paint the other guy as a vile human without actually saying it, and take the moral high ground.

@mariner4life I would not want a livid PG after me... although he should say he'll see Kent in a bathroom in 12 years!
It would be good if they could do a fight for life so Geyer can legally bash the shit out of Kent.

Remember Green in those good Sharks days in the late 90s when they were a fairly permanent feature in the finals.
Back in the day when genuine small guys could make a name for themselves - like Green. He looked small on TV but when I saw him live, I couldn’t believe how short he actually was. Would’ve been 5’6 tops, and that’s with his footy boots on.

Premiership-winning NRL coach Paul Green’s sudden death aged 49 at his Brisbane home has stunned his friends, family and the rugby league community.
Green’s family released a statement on Thursday afternoon.
“Today we are devastated,” the statement began.
“We have lost a devoted husband, loving father and wonderful brother and son. We cannot find the words that would come close to expressing our feeling, however we would like to extend our thanks to those who have reached out to us with their love and support.
“Paul was loved by so many and we know that this news will generate immense interest, however at this time we ask for privacy.
“Our family is still trying to understand this tragedy and we request space and time as we come to terms with this loss. Thank you.”
It has been confirmed the NRL great took his own life.
A Queensland police spokeswoman said: “Police were called to a Wynnum residence just after 10am this morning after a 49-year-old was located unresponsive.
“He was declared deceased by emergency crews a short time later. There are no suspicious circumstances. A report will be prepared for the coroner.”

Tragically Green is in the age cohort (40-49yo) that has the highest suicide rate in Australia.
-
terribly sad about Green.
Find someone to talk to when you need it fullas. It ain't weak to speak.

anyone else watch Melbourne v Penrith last night?
Tremendously entertaining game. The score in the 2nd half was 0-0 and yet it was great to watch.
Penrith won enough stats to actually win two games of football, yet couldn't get on the scoresheet. Melbourne defended like demons. And without Cleary and Luai and Edwards the Panthers had zero direction, and couldn't convert pressure in to points.
As any Warrior fan knows, if you are relying on SOS to drive you around, then
Also Munster is really good at football
