On the long hair thing: tbh it is like jumping into a tackle for me i.e. if you leave your hair out, you're asking for an infringement.
You're reducing the tackle area through an unskilled means. Mens or womens - put it up.
Agree. It would have been a huge ballsy call for a PT. We know that Portia would have likely scored but the ref can’t take the abilities of the player into account.
