Give Razor carte blanche until the 2027 RWC. Effective immediately

Game lost in the first half which was the direst AB rugby I've ever witnessed.
2nd half was way better but, again, once we had momentum, we didn't maintain it when they got the ball and lost composure.
1st half - Utter Shite
