    World rugby should say that time is off until the ball leaves the scrum halves hands and is fed into the scrum. If scrum collapses, time goes off again. Rinse and repeat.

    One knee? He dived across the ruck and lay on the players! He was basically at full stretch to start with. Dickson has clearly been told to pull his head in after the first test.
