Clear forward pass from TJ Perenara not picked up nearly leading to a try.

If Lomax hadn't fucked it, that would've been a DC level bounce pass. About 4 guys unmarked outside Lomax.

Great vision I thought, the right decision

Irish at the breakdown, amazing how unlucky they are, consistently accidentally getting on the wrong side and slowing the ball down, glad the ref realises it's not at all their fault.

I also like the new laws of lying on top of the guys on the ground with your legs way out behind you means you can still dig at the ball.

Hah, Irish on one knee arguing he's allowed the ball. Ref takes forever to award a pen.

The Irishman penalised for hands in the ruck, so too did TJ Perenara as they both tried to secure the ball yet only one penalised for exactly the same offense.

One of them is a halfback, impeded by another defender laying at the back of the ruck.

The Irish are playing much better than in first half of the first game.

Fucken hell! Dickson makes a joke of himself and penalises Eklund for not rolling away.

Quite obvious watching this game how much Ireland think they have NZ rugby sussed.

Defending: Up quick, make your tackles count, keep your defensive line out wide. Trust the process and it's a matter of time before they isolate themselves at which point you turnover
Attacking: Play the territory game as NZ teams are weak at it. As soon as you get into a kicking duel, you'll likely end up with possession 20-30 metres up from your current position.

And it really works. Only broken play / flair is where NZ teams have any chance of scoring.

The Ireland B's are obviously not as strong as the Ireland A's and hence bit more opportunities for the MAB's. Perhaps a little more unpredictability in the MAB's due to less structure than AB's. Both things make for a more enjoyable game to watch.

@antipodean Oh I did not realise halfbacks were allowed to handle the ball in a ruck. As I write that Ireland increase their lead to 10 - 05
