Yeah lol, if that's general play the Brumbies player was in a bit of trouble for a late trip. But after a conversion?

Surely that would come under dangerous play, could easily cause injury.

He actually went to ground way early and slid quite a way on the wet grass

Rugby is played on your feet and you're responsible for your own actions. Sliding into the lower limbs of another player is dangerous. It's also hard to charge anything down sliding along the ground.

It was clumsy. And sometimes clumsy can be penalised.

No different to taking a player out when jumping to take a high ball despite never being in a position to catch it. He was never going to charge that kick down, and his actions put another player at risk of injury.

Rugby is played on your feet and you're responsible for your own actions. Sliding into the lower limbs of another player is dangerous. It's also hard to charge anything down sliding along the ground.
If players can get penalised for contact after jumping while attempting a charge down, I don't see how that's any different than someone sliding after attempting one. In both cases they couldn't control their momentum so are reckless.
