At least you didn't go full TJ and say it was Highlanders/Canes/Crusaders

Just calming down now. That was a really good win, an absolute highlight. Still plenty to work on, discipline just terrible at times, and it cascades. Romano, looking at you fella.
The team look well coached, and patient. Remarkable defence, particularly against the maul. Will be really tested next weekend, but it's been improving for a few years now.
Big game next weekend. Friday 7pm, can't wait

Blues have won 5 of the last 6 vs the Chiefs
First time Blues have kept them to nil (previous low was 8 in 2019)
Highest margin of 25 (previous record margin was 20 points in 2021)
Pretty happy about that given the awful record we had against the Chiefs under Kirwan/Umaga

Well done Blues.
Great coaching.

Lowest point as a Chief’s supporter since Foster was in charge. Even the losses last year didn’t have me down like this as we at least competed.
Today, we were hardly in it.
Pretty pleased for the blues fans, as that franchise appears to be finally turning the corner, and lots of players -who should be ABs - really stood up on their side today.
For us, it’s pretty bleak. We’ll be rocks and diamonds (like many of our players) until we get our game drivers up to a consistent standard.

Well, that was a statement! Two things stood out for me. Maybe should be AB thread but at that pace and intensity, Sotutu and Barrett were bloody good!

Great display yesterday, especially with the effort we put in on defence. Ofa knocking the ball out of Taukeiaho's hand on halftime really broke the Chiefs spirits and gave us a huge lift with 13 men.
Can't really knock any of the Blues out there. Yes 3 of them got binned, but gave us a chance to see what our character is like as a group and it showed that there is plenty in this side.
Can we beat the Crusaders next week? History says we're no chance and its usually a foregone conclusion before the game starts, but we've gotta win down there sometime surely? This is our best chance to break our draught i feel.
