So I've been learning the drums and just amazed at the level of talent that someone like Larnell possesses to listen and then play a track so well.
Better yet:
Pfffft, drummers aren’t even real musicians.
He obviously lives under a rock if he’s never heard Enter Sandman.
Grohl says hi.
Clearly a tongue and cheek comment.
The other one wasn’t though, could he not afford a radio in 1991 ?
Seriously dude, not every station plays bogan .
Also, much like me, there's probably loads of songs from the past 10 years that get played on the radio that you've never heard because you don't listen to that type of radio. I assume this dude's subculture growing up didn't lean towards Metallica.
if that video is anything less than 25 years old i call bullshit
The Black Album has sold no less than 5,000 units a week since it was released 30 years ago. Enter Sandman is beyond your pathetic "bogan" jokes and as mainstream a rock song as you can possibly get, the most famous song of one of the biggest bands of all time.
There are people living on that island off Sri Lanka or wherever the fuck it is where no one is allowed to go who hear that opening guitar lick and crank it while saying "oh fuck, banger!"
YouTube is 100% populated by shysters
Fucken word bro.
My sons know it from the first couple of notes on the radio, that says it all cos they still get other bands mixed up.
Anyone who claims not to know it is talking out of their arse.

@mariner4life I very, very rarely hear Metallica over here so could see how you may not know if growing up here. They just don't do heavy rock here. But then it's not the USA.

Ok, here's an example for you guys, in the mid 2000s I had my cousins kids staying with me, two in their mid teens and one 10 years old at the time. They'd never heard Welcome to the Jungle before I played it to them.
Their music experience was hip hop because that's all my cousin and his missus played, and they only listened to the hip hop of that era. Oh, and reggae, because that's all my uncle (their grandfather) ever played.

Massive difference between your cousins and a US based professional musician.
It's a complete lie.

I have been in a similar situation. They can come come out of the bush before you know it. We didn't think running was a good idea so I stood still thankful if things did go to shit I wasn't the slowest runner there.

@majorrage maybe some of his best cousins are US based professional musicians
Yeah!
But no, they're not, one did do an internship at a music studio down in Wellington that I set up for him (as I went to school with the producer). But he's an electrician now.

havent been anywhere near a bear, but when we were camping in africa we were woken by someone (something) brushing against our tent, when we got up in the morning we asked around and apparently a couple of hippos had come through, apparently came to check out the grey dome tents in case they were other hippos, our guide was very happy no one got up to investigate

Sparkies still listen to the Radio. Usually the Rock or Hauraki.
I’m not buying this one bit Neps.

Brown ones don't generally listen to the Rock or Hauraki, usually Flava and Mai. Plus this was well before his sparky days.
