NSFW - this is what Head got done for in the pitch mic. Yeah he's calling himself a fluffybunny but still...

I think every bloke on earth has done that no matter what the level of cricket they were playing.

@nta Richardson has more pace and probably a little more along in terms of his development, but I’m hearing that Neser is a bit of a gun with the pink ball.

If I were an Oz selector I’d get rid of Harris and open with Kawaja

Apparently the ribs are bruised and he should be right to play.

Got to agree tho - Harris has done fuck all to justify his spot at Test level. Boot him.

He’ll be ok, you’re only playing England.

From a mate in Adelaide: "it looks like he's gone out for a steak at the Meat and Wine co in town which for most of Wednesday is a close contact exposure site"

If Cummins is a potential close contact, and tests postive, then the whole fucking team is a close contact.

@nta Well if the circumstances are as reported (a diner at the table nearby received his COVID positive notification while at the dinner table, and proceeded to inform nearby patrons) that's not the case as presumably Cummins would have had no contact with teammates after that moment.

Seems seriously strange that he was out at dinner at all given what the commentators have been saying about the protocols.

Cummins ruled out of second Test after COVID scare | cricket.com.au

Cummins ruled out of second Test after COVID scare | cricket.com.au

Steve Smith will captain Australia in the second Ashes Test after Pat Cummins was ruled out after...

Under the current South Australia directives, arrivals from interstate must have a PCR test on arrival - and are required to isolate until that test is taken, with a testing site located directly outside the airport - but they are not required to isolate until they receive the result. That rule was changed on December 10; just a week ago, arrivals were forced to isolate until they got their result.

Cummins isolated as soon as he became aware of the situation and has since had a PCR test, which produced a negative result.

Cricket Australia confirmed **Cummins did not breach any biosecurity protocols**, and it is hoped he will be available to return to lead Australia for the Boxing Day Test at the MCG.

this makes me very angry. i have posted my rant elsewhere

This is very good for England, as now the two best Aussie bowlers are out.

If i was England team management i would be dobbing in Smith and labooshane as well "they were out together honest guv"
