Doesn't matter if they do.
Every example of a craft beer being taken over by one of the two big boys, ends in a lower quality product.
This is gutting as Stone & Wood have been one of the best and definitely one Aussie OG's in terms of craft brewing.

Anyone tried the double Pernicious Weed from Garage Project ?
If I’m honest it might be too much of a good thing and at $12.99 from the Supermarket it’s getting up there in price. I’ll stick to the normal version I think.
Have had a few absolutely lovely stouts over lockdown ( yet still managed to lose weight with more time and inclination to exercise and eat right ). In no particular order Duncans Toasty Marshmallow, Garage Projects Nitro Vanilla Latte, Cassels Double Cream Milk and Behemoths Cookies and Cream have hit the spot like you wouldn’t believe. Every single one just outstanding. Moa Brewings Pavtastic wasn’t as good cos it was only 5.4%, the others mentioned started at about 8% and above. Moa’s effort just felt a bit empty in comparison.

Ordered a couple of six packs from Colab Brewing (pilsner, garden ale).

Strongest of the six is only 6%. Stink.

Same day delivery in the Warkworth area. Nice!

Garage Project took about a week but given it was lots of free beer after I complained about a flat one I can’t really whinge too much.

I bet we all have a photo like that.
How good does that beer look too? That is a VB, or a Carlton Draught, or a Lion Red or a DB. Heck, maybe it's a fucking Rheineck.
Either way, it's cold, sub-4.5% alcohol, and that bloke is about to enjoy 15 of them.
Lion Brown or Bavarian Bitter at ours (not anymore, thank god).
I have the strongest memory of this label from watching my grandad always having one in his hand.

always remember dad enjoyed a Rheineck...or even the odd Joseph Coutts, normally in a swapa crate
