@frye As if he missing 3 kicks to win 3 separate matches wasn't already enough to demonstrate that.

I can't see the Boks being as crap as they were last week. I was at the game and they were crap, slow, bumbling. I mean, who puts a bomb up 25-30M out from the opposition try line these days?

Interesting Paisami, who was the form midfielder for Wallabies can't get a look in now that Kerevi is back. Another is JOC didn't get a gig off the bench.

@themojoman the Boks will be better , the Wallabies more with a lot of confidence, add Suncorp and they are firm favourites.

Any idea why there's four players in bold in the team graphic?

    Philip (16)
    Koroibete (40)
    Kellaway (6)
    Hodge (50)

@chris And a bloody good performance by an Aussie team to force a win.

I’d like to see more adventure from the boks but don’t expect it. I do expect much more brutality.

@bones It's a graphic from the Rebels twitter account. The Wallabies hadn't put one up, yet, when I posted the team list.

This is the one the Wallabies posted later:

Tongan Thor is starting? Does that happen often? He always seems to be off the bench against the ABs...

Yeah, at their best the Boks don't play ten-man rugby. Stylistically they play 15 man rugby, just that 13 of the players play more like forwards 😂 (relentlessly brutal and can be overwhelmingly physical). Add a couple of speedy wingers like Habana.

That game at Jo-berg, I think back in 2013(?), was one of the best. Both teams totally committed to playing. A young BB got simply flattened for a try by Jean DeVilliers, then came back with a great try to seal the game, beating JDV's tackle. No matter who had lost that game, it was a clash of titans and rugby won.

I thought I'd heard wrong! Is that really what he said? Maybe meant first SA player?
