Yeah, I can see that, and on the screen shot under that chicks comment is a reply from what looks like a sportsman but I don't recognise the name
-

I'm 38 years old and wouldn't know a tweet from a fucken cheep......

But it's a tenuous situation when players, current or ex, "share" this sort of stuff. Far different than having a whinge behind closed doors.

Still, even I realise it's a sure fire way to half your sentence of suspension for foul play with a few muttered words with "sorry" being one of them.....
-

I thought Manu and Konnie didn't drink? That was one of the things trotted out when they got caught at that Ginuwine gig a few months back. Can still get out on the town etc but interesting they said they were on the piss aside from Vete as sober driver

Cappy has driven them to drink? He's getting close to driving me to drink ....
-

Oh right. That is a shame, I was hoping a Warrior might have stood up for their sackings.

They may have but just not publicly? Because there's a chance that could make things at the club even worse.
-

True dat!

I wanted it purely for schaduenfrued(sp?) purposes
-
Keiran Foran is having a tough time at thf moment
Lowie got it partly right. There is a problem with the culture at the Warriors, but it's simply a culture of the players being arrogant lazy fluffybunnys.

There was a book written about them a while back called beleaguered , it doesn't look like much has changed at the team since it was written . It's worth a read if you can find it. -
What this and past incidents show is that the Warriors entire management structure is a fucking shambles. The way the ABs are run and the way the Warriors are run are polar opposites. It's not the players or any "bro" culture (racist fucks), it's the management that needs to be hung out to dry. You get the likes of Shand and Hansen in charge and you'll see some results. It's clear the players in the Warriors do not feel like they have any responsibility at all - that's a management issue.

someone needs to make the hard calls from the outset...but you also tread a line between established players, I mean look at the shit Hammett got for ditching Nonu, I expect the same fallout if Cappy ditched Manu - however right/wrong the call might be...takes more than just coaches/management, players need to buy in as well, its a whole package.
-

Yeah. It's about putting all the responsibilty on the players and becoming a manager that supports them do what they do best, instead of a manager that tells his players what to do. Hansen talked about it at length in a video that was posted on here a while back. It's pretty clear the management style at the Warriors is badly lacking. -

or maybe the players have had too much control for too long that they dont like any other management style?

speculation of course
-
The players clearly don't give a fuck. Whatever the management is doing, their doing it wrong. We're not talking about a specific group of players here, we're talking about players that thrive at other clubs then come to the Warriors and look decidely average.
-
I think the problems go way beyond the coach unfortunately.

This has bigger ramifications than just the Warriors , we now have a good portion of the kiwi team in shit form ,

Including Issac Luke who was one of the top 3 hookers in the game the last few years at Souths ,

My advise to a promising young kiwi league player would be , play for an Aussie team, dont go to the warriors
