You might have to explain that one to some of the older, less cool ferners Paeks, not everyone is as "street" as you

But yeah, too many fucken coconuts in the team.....

Hang on, didn't they make the Grand Final when Lauititi, Meli and Toopi were tearing up the left flank and destroying all before them ?

( get's coats quietly and without a fuss......)
-

Konrad Hurrell is an idiot (see attached file)

Surely they have to sack him now

Forgive my twitter ignorance, but what has Konnie done? To me it doesn't look like he's written anything?

Edit: I now see that he re-tweeted, which I'm guessing means he shared it?

Yeah, I can see that, and on the screen shot under that chicks comment is a reply from what looks like a sportsman but I don't recognise the name
-

I'm 38 years old and wouldn't know a tweet from a fucken cheep......

But it's a tenuous situation when players, current or ex, "share" this sort of stuff. Far different than having a whinge behind closed doors.

Still, even I realise it's a sure fire way to half your sentence of suspension for foul play with a few muttered words with "sorry" being one of them.....
-

Lowie got it partly right. There is a problem with the culture at the Warriors, but it's simply a culture of the players being arrogant lazy fluffybunnys.

There was a book written about them a while back called beleaguered , it doesn't look like much has changed at the team since it was written . It's worth a read if you can find it. -
What this and past incidents show is that the Warriors entire management structure is a fucking shambles. The way the ABs are run and the way the Warriors are run are polar opposites. It's not the players or any "bro" culture (racist fucks), it's the management that needs to be hung out to dry. You get the likes of Shand and Hansen in charge and you'll see some results. It's clear the players in the Warriors do not feel like they have any responsibility at all - that's a management issue.

someone needs to make the hard calls from the outset...but you also tread a line between established players, I mean look at the shit Hammett got for ditching Nonu, I expect the same fallout if Cappy ditched Manu - however right/wrong the call might be...takes more than just coaches/management, players need to buy in as well, its a whole package.
-

Yeah. It's about putting all the responsibilty on the players and becoming a manager that supports them do what they do best, instead of a manager that tells his players what to do. Hansen talked about it at length in a video that was posted on here a while back. It's pretty clear the management style at the Warriors is badly lacking.
