Are all the reds and yellows changing behaviour? Or do we just accept nearly every game will have reds and yellows?
Are we just going to see players duck into tackle subtly to draw cards?
No, the refs will see that. Mitigation
There have been two red cards in the last week where subtle changes in height have resulted in red. This game and Wales v Argentina
And the missed one vs Fiji. Has it ever been consistent, ever?

Yeah and Horan was talking up Slipper and it was him that was on the biggest angle!

It's just odd as we have had these rules for a number of years now and I haven't really seen any reduction. If anything I have come to expect yellows every game.
Refs used to be extremely rare.

Yeah and Horan was talking up Slipper and it was him that was on the biggest angle!
The overhead angle doesn't show how badly the French guys hips were out of shape. As soon as the pressure came on Slipper could do nothing but follow him in

They changed the framework 2 years back and now it's a focus

But every game seems to have different rulings.
