@kiwiwomble except for the part when he's resting his arms on the ground not supporting his weight.
I don’t think he was resting, they touch the ground as he scoops his arms under the ball but there looks a clear gap directly after as he lifts, to me anyway

The joy of modern rugby, you are almost always penalised for losing the scrum

TBH I'm not sure. The flanker eventually came off, but it was still up at the point whether his arm went out

But, dear Lord, we need to add physicality and accuracy to our game or we are going to get mashed when we play the Boks, England, France, Wales or Ireland.

I disagree. Fiji are playing pretty well, and are trying to make a mess of the breakdown.
The only thing I don't like is our lineout
Maybe a couple of real hard cleanouts to get them looking
