okay so Southee and Kylo have bowled 12 overs this morning, and we've still got Wags and Trent to come in. Love having the depth to give our bowlers decent breaks

He's very dangerous for both teams haha. Liable to throw his wicket away, but on the flip side a quick 80 odd would give India a chance to have a crack at us in the final session.

Kane needs to poke him with a cattle prod to get him in the mood

Tim got one to swing a long, long way late.

It's still not easy out there.

Just need Hadlee and Bond and it would be perfect.

Macca wonders why Latham isn't in the slips instead of Tim. I'm wondering too. Watching that replay of the dropped catch makes me sick

My immediate thought in response is that Southee goes in because he covers a wider area at second when there are only slippers 1 and 2, and funnily enough he catches at a higher success rate than Latham (just mentioned on comms)

Wagner to Pant could get very expensive.

yeah, the second part of my comment was news to me - it just happened I was typing as they mentioned the stats - I still think Southee at 2nd when 3rd slip is not there is because of his reach compared to Latham
