Chiefs v Blues
-
Blues need to play it tight and involve Akira as much as possible. They do that then holes will start to appear.

Chiefs need to play territory and wait for the inevitable Ranger mistake. -

Marshall looked like he'd really improved on his throwing earlier in the season. But nope, right back to shit. Harris on the bench next week, thanks.

Chiefs have a bit of an injury crisis. Donald's back on but Henwood, the fourth choice openside, is injured and there's no more forwards on the bench. So I guess TKB will move from second five to blindside?
-
Blues their own worst enemy in the final 25 minutes of this match.
-

All from yet another shite pass

-

Someone was giving out about Hall's passing....

Guyton has been woeful, multiple passes at the head of West.
-

TKB! Sacks Guyton at the ruck, who fucks up his pass and the Blues run it dead in their own goal.

Looked illegal... but not sure how...
-

It looked weird but I'm not sure it was illegal.

BBBR in!
-

BBBR seals the deal

-

Blues will probably go home with nothing, despite playing pretty well. Multiple brainfarts in their 22 though has cost them.

Fuck, they did.

Didn't realize that was possible.

5 points. Fuck yeah.

My tipping was miles off though. -

Well as much as I bagged the Chiefs with their over confidence in the back hand pass - at least whenever they make a break or half break they're looking to link up and continue the movement.

I think the Blues main problem tonight was the opposite (other than the static phase play). How many breaks did they make, only for it to be shutdown due to the one guy just running off and taking a tackle, ignoring any of his support and not even making it easy for his support to get in a good position to continue or defend a breakdown?
