To get the opportunity is nice but not sure we deserve it
Fear not Chiefs fans, Williams was always going to find you a penalty.

One loss to the Chiefs is a bit soon to be getting that bitter, isn't it?

Who was the Canes loosehead that went down?
The Hawkes Bay player.

Captains referrals are awesome...said no one
That should have been a PK for offside. If the Chiefs captain was paying attention they wouldn't have needed the scrum PK.

Nathan Harris tried his best to lose that one.
That line out is a fucking disgrace.

OK I'm not watching this live but after 20mins Weber is a donkey, DMac floats from excellent to shit (can't recognise a simple 3 on 2) and Laumape is invisible.

Stand in captain wasn’t there and by the time he saw what happened was turned down on timing

If the ref was perfect, you wouldn't need captains referral . Agreed.
Ref isn't perfect though, ever. Even i used to make the odd mistake.
Captains referral was made for exactly that situation and the opportunity was bottled.

Classic Williams. Slap down from an offside player right in front of him and he says it was just a knock on

@crucial That's why an outside back shouldn't be captain. Always too far from the ref.
I don’t disagree. It’s just the leadership team at the moment while forwards are either injured, coming back from injury or young kids
