@machpants Are you going to the Blues game on Sunday?
Nah I'd love to but got a birthday party to go to. Sunday's crap too, I want Saturday night so I've got an excuse for hotel and over night in Auckland!

That Ruben Love comes across as a kid with a future. Really seems to have smarts and his head screwed on going by his appearance on Breakdown last night.
He mentioned that he has been training solely as a fullback but surely he is also an option at 10?Which is stupid because he played the whole club rugby season at 10, maybe they have him at 15 to try and give him more time.

Hurricanes:
1 Xavier Numia, 2. Ricky Riccitelli, 3 . Tyrel Lomax, 4. James Blackwell, 5. Isaiah Walker-Leawere, 6. Reed Prinsep, 7. Du’Plessis Kirifi, 8. Ardie Savea (c), 9. Luke Campbell, 10 . Orbyn Leger, 11. Salesi Rayasi, 12. Ngani Laumape, 13. Billy Proctor, 14. Julian Savea, 15. Jordie BarrettReserves: 16. James O’Reilly, 17. Fraser Armstrong, 18. Tevita Mafileo, 19. Liam Mitchell, 20. Devan Flanders, 21. Jonathan Taumateine, 22. Peter Umaga-Jensen, 23. Wes Goosen.
What a shit selection.
For who prefers pictures:
-
The positives of that Canes' line-up: Numia starting ahead of Armstrong, Campbell ahead of Taumateine.
The negatives: many, but particularly not starting Flanders, Leger at 10, PU-J on the bench and starting Proctor; O'Reilly on the bench instead of Thompson. Visinia should have been in the 23 instead of either the Bus or Goosen. Still no Toala. Grrrrrrrrrr
-
@stargazer Ledger really? Glad Rayasi gets a start but seems to be pick the same old with Prinseep, Blackwell and Proctor.
I kinda wish and I know this is blasphemy but I want Jordie to go off with a very very minor injury so he can’t kick or cover 10 and watch the coaches squirm.
