Watching an interview with Conway on the TV news tonight he said:

Yep, if they'd tried for the second I don't think he'd have even been in the frame.

He'll be capped by the test team if KW/Rossco/Nichols get hurt.........failing that once Rossco retires he'll walk in.
Not sure he will as Young is the current backup and the selectors seem to stick with the status quo.

@mariner4life I guessing because there are no lights in Dunedin (plus it's O week hence the crowd)and NZC doesn't want to compete with Super Rugby on the weekend.
