Crusaders 2020

@Stargazer How can the Crusaders possibly justify signing up any extra players on top of the contracted squad plus the ring ins they already have? The Hurricanes have just ditched Carlos Spencer from their coaching lineup citing uncertain financial reasons, surely the same situation must exist down in Christchurch.
-
@Higgins They could as injury cover for Cullen Grace, and - I assume - only for as long as Grace is unavailable. I doubt he would earn much, and I doubt even more he would care if it's only for SRA. A bit like Carter, who also - apparently - is playing for very little money.

@Chris He only just went back to Leicester, two weeks ago. If he's in Chch, that would be really quick and he must still be in isolation.
-
@Chris He was in town (Chch) recently. And then he went to Wellington, did some coaching with Terence Hepetema there, and then back to Auckland. And then he tried to get back to England, but miscommunication from Air NZ made him miss his flight. That was on 16 June according to his twitter. I think he arrived in England a few days later.

Looks like he is leaving Leicester

@Chris way way way too tall.
yeah, fair call. 3cm shorter than Ardie according to Wikipedia. So Ardie could be a lock, while Jordan covers 6 or 8?

@Chris It's still uncertain whether he'll leave Leicester, but whatever is the case, he's unlikely to be signed as injury cover for Grace. Apart from practical stuff, such as coming back to NZ and again going into isolation, he hasn't played for months and probably hasn't trained properly for a while either. It would be great if it were possible, but unless he never left NZ in June, and has been training his ass off the last few weeks, I don't see it happening.

Can anyone confirm what happened to Ethan Blackadder? He was named in the team to play all week but Sione Havili started on the blindside. Terribly unlucky for Ethan if he has injured himself at training.
Graham?
