I don't, assuming that I have the correct word.
Rhymes with ape or aping
I understand that people selling ad space would have that as limit. Remember we have plenty of colourful language near those words too. It's not a dry description of events
If something is going to trigger an algorithm that makes sense -
Not having a go at you guys, just that it is a normal word in every newspaper and media outlet as well as common usage.
"originates from the Latin rapere (supine stem raptum), "to snatch, to grab, to carry off".
It does seem bldy stupid of GGle to try eliminate words from our language was my point.

So we got flagged by google ads again. This is the quarterly reminder to watch your language..
This warning was a generic one across the whole forum (we usually get told the thread).
I've removed a handful of posts that were likely offenders (mostly from the pictures thread, the movies thread & the royal drama)
Yes the jokes were relatively mild. Then we got a more specific flag related to some politics threads.
The TR thread is gone because I couldn't be bothered tidying it up and the last week of the British pol thread was removed.
It seems we can't run ads and talk about the crime of children getting ____. That r word was being used a lot and is likely to trigger their algorithm. I can understand that one. What is the TR thread?

Just use replacement words, has the same effect.
I have just discovered that there really isn't one. Unusual for English that they all have different connotations. Molestation perhaps? Can I say that?
Honestly, if I can't use the English language to express myself and have to restrict my vocabulary...
GGle, no more maps for me, no more chrome, no more fcking anything from them.
I enjoy my time on the Fern and the interaction with you guys so GGLe can GFT.

Sexual assault seems to be the current phrase in use

@Snowy violation?
Must say I don't often talk about drapes.
Neither do I. In fact I have probably never typed it on here but it is a bit bldy stupid not to be able to use a word that has been around for at least a couple of thousand years and isn't even an expletive.

I thought that could just be a grope or something? So doesn't really match up with grape to me.

Seems to have become a bit of a catchall for seedy behaviour. Could be something to do with googles word policing .

Yeah, it has changed in context. Being a bit weird can now be referred to as being a bit grapey. Language evolves but not as quickly as the language Nazis.

This has been going on for years with gaming streamers on the major platforms (twitch and youtube). Any number of streamers, including some pretty edgy mofo's, have really reined in their language to stay within the platform rules. There are always a few instances of streamers being banned or suspended for X, Y, Z behaviour which often involves 'bad' language or going hard at someone (aka bullying). But generally people think it has improved the scene - if only Twitch would grow a pair and start banning the blatant booty/boobie streamers - that's an entire meme universe in itself.

Wait, what?

@jegga dude. Cam girl is surely a term familiar to the Jegga!!?
Trust me, the thot streamers on Twitch aren't that flash, and there are far better sites to visit.
See, Mokey isn't the only one that does research for the greater good you are welcome!

@jegga if they stuck to insta it'd be all good. The annoyance is more about them never getting strikes for nudity when they (admins/twitch) go super hard on anyone else. The common thinking is that those streamers give the admins free access to their patreon lol... where the actual good stuff is posted.

Instagram is pretty strict about censoring stuff now . Last year there were a lot of ethots getting doxxed and having the irs set on them because they weren’t declaring the money they were earning on Patreon etc .

I am so pleased with myself for understanding that.

I can kind if understand it all. I don't know what ethots is but assume it's women who like taking their clothes off on the internet.
