young NZ wings who would have been worthy of a spot. I guess he's considered a PI for the purposes of his selection.
Don't we already have a big useless winger from Counties on our book in the form of Tevita Nabura?
Why do we need two?
Gregory and Koroi will both be members of the Sevens Olympic programme, not sure about Nareki, so we could be lacking some depth

@SouthernMann Nabura was only signed through to 2019; I haven't seen any announcement that he has re-signed.

I think I read somewhere he is rehabilitating to get ready for 2020 SR with the Highlanders was a quote from Aaron Mauger maybe in the Otago Daily Times.it was a couple of months ago.

@Bones heβs a good signing ,got good size and pace ,has been wasted playing for a Team that has struggled
He's been around for years. Uncapped Aussie who played for the Reds for a number of seasons.
Not sure if that's a good signing then ... I'm sure we've got good
young NZ wings who would have been worthy of a spot. I guess he's considered a PI for the purposes of his selection. At least we didn't stoop too Lowe.

Interestingly they've removed all players that were confirmed leaving already, e.g. Lomax and Smith. These players must be staying on? We've been talking about PPP and maybe where he's going, seems like he maybe staying. Might be looking into a bit much. Interesting though.

For all the talk, there's the makings of a bloody good super rugby 23 in there. Just the depth that will hurt.

@Bones You did at least used to have two Smiths.
And a sprinkling of Naholos and Squires - even Dixon and Lomax.
Now we have THE FUTURE! Ably led around the pitch by the after....david.
Honestly though, there's a number of guys there touted as having a shot at the black jersey, as well as a butchers handful of guys bubbling under the last year or three.
