Injury replacements for the 10 position that will be considered: Jordie Barrett, Tj Perenara, Ryan Crotty, even Ben Smith would be considered.
Edit: apparently, Crotty has played a fair bit at 10 when he was younger (school), including for NZ U19/20.

The omission of Frank's should dispel any fears that this coaching panel won't make the tough calls in the quest to bring back Bill
Only took them to two years to drop him....
Better late than never

Ben Smith played Ten in England for Old Colstonians in Bristol for a year as an amateur about 13 years ago.

Hanson also said Ardie is bigger than he looks. That plus Frank's dropping I reckon confirms he's a ferner.
But who? Southernman maybe
Hansen is a Cantab.... 🤔

Well that certainly settles a few nerves.

Well he isn't gonna be obvious about it.

Patty T. competing with Hemopo and Fifita for the 4th lock position - once he won, they thought Jacobsen brings more to the 6 position.
So that means they still see Scott Barrett as ahead of Patty T in the lock pecking order.

You know what.
Bender will probably be alright at it. -
Franks impact in general play has waned for a while and most noticeably at the ruck where he was excellent at clearing bodies and helping to provide clean ball. So it isn’t a surprise that he has been left out given we will be trying to play an uptempo game.
His scrummaging is still world class and I suspect a few looseheads around the world have a smile on their face knowing they won’t have to pack down against him come scrum time.
