So Sky NZ can’t handle the game starting 30mins early today?

They finally realised.. just missed an over

Ridiculous considering everyone knew the start time yesterday

Man that was a dumb shot by Ashwin!

Guy going well at the other end , just bunnies behind you and getting close to the edge of what Australia could conceivably make.

So loft it into the legside field, where several fielders are waiting!

With Smith and Warner that'd be an interesting chase. I reckon 100 too many for this lineup though. Would be hilarious if they got over the line though, coz fuck India.

@no-quarter Ishant overstepping when he had Finch wasn't a great start, but yeah - it didn't look easy to bat out there and you wonder quite who will make the century Oz will probably need.

I think the Indians will be pretty comfortable right now. Another 50 runs and the gate probably shut though.

Classic hearing the Aussie commentators banging on about how the momentum has swung back to Australia, and teh Indians have missed a trick. FFS, 323 is almost unchaseable at most grounds, and no-one has got close at Adelaide. There is massive turn out of the footmarks, and Australia will ahve to put up 250 tomorrow to get there. It is very one sided right now, but you wouldn't know hearing these bastards. Playing to their audience.

In fairness, it's been beers, champers and red wine fuelling this post, but fark those Aussie commentators they are muppets

@nzzp saw this from ABC Status Guru Ric Finlay - guy has some fascinating ways of looking at what is already a stats-laden game.

@nzzp Those fuckers hate losing. They got stuck into Harsha Bhogle yesterday when he had the temerity to suggest that the Indians probably thought they had enough runs already. Apparently in jest but not without some underlying nastiness.

A bit later I heard as close to an apology as you're likely to get from Warnie.

Head falls. 115/5 chasing 323 or more likely trying to survive another 88 overs.

All hopes rest on Marsh, how conflicted must @NTA be. Pull it off and he’s guaranted selection for life. Lose and there’s your scape goat

I bet @NTA would quite happily see Marsh bat them to victory.

It is likely though that he will top score and still be on the losing side so NTA will still be able to throw stones

NOTHING tops a hundred in a losing effort

although 29 wickets in a losing effort might go close

I've said it before, but Bumrah has the action of a reserve grade seamer.

What state is his shoulder going to be in, in a couple of years?

Holy shit the commentary is dire. Those feeble jokes and rest home breathless cackles. Ffs how the mighty roster has fallen! Obviously in step with the onfield state of play. Do have a slight enjoyment of warne who has some genuine insight amongst the dick swinging stuff.

Good cricket by India, well ahead across the board.

@paekakboyz you watching 7 or Foxtel? Foxtel has Warne.

As for the game - halfway there! Bat until stumps and we win.

Also: Nigel Long is having a 'mare.

Also re: Marsh - he got to double figures. So that is his next 6 months sewn up at #4.

Paine has a brain fart. Three wickets in hand. 60 overs to go.
