Fatties: Red Bull log
-
I tripped over it once and that fucking hurt.
Milhouse Valdemar Jackson QC, 15th Earl of Banrock's exercycle cost $99 from K-Mart and works just fine. It's not rocket science. It is good exercise and it is zero impact. Well those are my experiences anyway.
<br />
<br />
yes....thanks, I'll look into this Captain Miller. <br />
<br />
I have had something of a fall from grace with my fat busting exercise regime of late, but interestingly, got on the scales this morning and found I'v not put any weight on, and am still 95 kgs. I have been eating healthily still. <br />
<br />
Touch footy tongight too, which'll be good. -

<br />
played footy Monday night, and managed another solid multi-try performance, however I forgot to tighten up the screws on the sidelevers of my glasses, so my specs rattled around on my face as I ran flat out, making it difficult to see and catch the ball. I will fix this, as I don't want to appear to be a retard again next week. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':)' /> Game went for an hour and a half, so was again shagged by the end.<br />
<br />
Tonight I have tennis again, weather pending. Not looking too good with storm yesterday arvo, and predicted for this evening too. -

<br />
holy shit...a week has passed since I did anything. That's fucking hopeless...just not good enough. <br />
<br />
Played footy again last night for an hour and a half, thanks to 'last try wins' stretching about 20 minutes before finally some useless fuck let thier man through for the match winner. Anyway, I'm confident we'll play tennis this week as well, but I haven't had a chance to get onto my circuit training regime which was kindly supplied by my personal trainer brother-in-law. Will keep you posted. <br />
<br />
Eating has been very disciplined though, and as a result, have been able to remain at 96 kgs. :coolsmiley: -

<br />
one and a half hour game of tennis last night, and was hitting with great authority and retrieving everything while the 1st set unfolded. As the game wore on, I lost my form, and my temper, and ended up becoming involved in more than one code violation. Will attempt to keep my frustration in check next time.<br />
<br />
Good run around though. -
played an hour of footy on ANZAC Eve, and have tennis tonight. <br />
<br />
Desperately need to get onto my circuits as prescribed by PT bro-in-law. Post-Easter report card says I'm almost totally devoid of discipline, though my eating habits are good enough that I'm still 96.5 kgs, which is sound. Belt is still quite loose, something the young ladies of Brisbane should find irresistible.<br />
<br />
That is all. -

<br />
Err... presume you have been horizontal fat-busting for the last week then Red Bull? -
that is a novel way of putting it Miller. But it is horizontal, and it involves a fat. :shifty:
<br />
<br />
No footy on Monday night due to the QLD Labour Day long weekend just gone, but I'm about to head off to tennis as I write this, so happy days for me, unless I again choke after 2 match points as I did last week. :sealedlips: -
OK I'll admit I haven't been doing too much fatbusting of late, just the usual footy and tennis, and had a cracking good game of footy last night that went for an hour and 10 min. The ideal number showed up to have run, so with our team fielding 6 and the other team 7, we kicked their arses, with Red Bull putting the in-and-away to devastating use, and losing count of the tries I scored at 5. :coolsmiley: <br />
<br />
The problematic knee is a little stiff and sore today, indicating that there's no way it could take repeated sprint training sessions like I was doing recently. But a game of footy and tennis once a week is good for it I think.<br />
<br />
I swear I'll get into my circuit training routine any day now. My weight is still 96kg due to revised eating habits. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> -

Ditto...except my knee wasn't at all sore this morning. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' /> -
C'mon Red Bull, MvJ will tolerate a drop off in exercise (MvJ can talk) but these "revised eating habits" are what are killing you I reckon.

<br />
what do you mean "killing me"? My revised eating habits have, in fact, been revised in terms of quantity (less), and quality (less fat and sugar), so that's why I'm maintaining a more healthy weight Miller, despite my admitted drop off in exercise. <br />
<br />
Anyway, tonight I'm off to footy, where I'll be looking to stamp my authority on the outermost margins of the field. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' /> Tomorrow night I'll start my curcuit routine. :shocked: -
Monday night was touch footy, which was a good 1 and a half hour run around, and last night I played tennis, which also lasted for an hour and a half. Must get into my circuit training too....but it's too cold. Fuck I'm useless. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rolleyes:' />
-
Bloody oath Moj, especially as we Bris-Vegans are used to 25-30 degrees normally. <img src='http://www.daimenhutchison.com/invision/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rolleyes:' /><br />
<br />
Still, you're supposed to be spurring me along, not sympathising with my useless lazy attitudes! -
Game of footy again last night. Had a couple of newbies rock up who found themselves out on the wing defending against Red Bull, only to be rudely shocked when this seemingly harmless fat bastard was given a metre too much latitude, and smoked them on the outside trice.
My knee is a little bit sore this morning however. A bloke that plays footy is a physio, and he theorises that maybe it's a meniscus issue. :nta He seems to think that as long as there is no instability, it should be fine to continue (without overdoing it of course).<br />
<br />
Again, my circuit training has failed to get off the ground. :shifty: -

<br />
MvJ stands corrected, and places the Banrock at the far end of the room to his computer. -
Back into touch footy last night after many weeks of no Monday night games, due to rain, public holiday long weekends, sickness, etc etc. <br />
<br />
Anyway, was quite happy that I still retained a basic level of pace that allowed me to put on 3 sizzling tries including the match sealer, where I targeted the oppositions' defensive plodders. :whistle: The opposition veterans, familiar with my few strengths, were yelling, "don't let Red Bull get on your outside!".....Too late.....in, away, gone. :shifty:<br />
<br />
Disturbingly, I found that I had very ordinary stamina, hardly suprising given my recent lack of activity, but after an hour or so, I discovered something of a second wind, which surprised me. That has encouraged me to get back into it. -
had a solid 3-set hit out at tennis last night (1 and a half hours)....was quite a frenetic game, especially when I was serving. The reason for that is that everyone can get my piss-poor serves back with ease, so a rally nearly always ensues on my first serve. <br />
<br />
However, I was rather proud that there were no racquet-throwing incidents from the Red Bull, something for which I've received many code violations in the past.
