This may be the worst handling I’ve seen from an AB team in years.

Beaden caused that with his stand and pass. Get Ritchie on.

@rotated said in Ireland Vs All Blacks:

This Ireland team have the best mental approach to playing the ABs in the Ted/Shag eta. That Matfield/Botha SA team is the only one close.

Doubt they would have the same confidence if we hadn't gifted Chicago to them though.

Hansen should still be giving himself regular uppercuts for Chicago.

Geez Ireland are looking deserving. Have to say that our mistakes are coming from their pressure just like the ABs do to other teams.

Handling has been fine really. Only 8 turnovers conceded before that, same as Ireland. That is par for us. Problem was we were going backwards before that movement.

I don't know whether Richie is the answer, but they need to change something, because what they're doing now isn't working.

Looking for an upside to this shambles.... this could end ferrets chances of taking over?

@mokey Yeah, it appears that BBBR has been reading the fern rather than Stephen Jones articles.

Some worrying signs now , hate to say it ,

Kind of reminding me of the Mitchell era , where we seem reliant on a bit of X factor to pull us out of the shit

They’ll blame it on “the long season”.

Because we’re the only ones who play lots of rugby...

If they don't get out of jail here, thank fuck they won in SA and last week otherwise it'd be a four loss season, to three teams. Honestly not that different to 1998 where they were unlucky in the close ones.

@jc It doesn't help when some of the worst passes and stupidest penalties are coming from the senior players.

Zero variation from the AB's - seem to be telegraphing their moves.. No fluidity and more mistakes and ill-discipline I've seen for a long time

That moment when Justin Marshall starts a sentence with “I don’t think”... then pauses.
