Japan vs All Blacks

Unless it's quite delayed, Jack Goodhues insta account indicates he is still in Japan as is Mounga.

@bovidae yea I just remembered the English test is next weekend not this one.
Arriving two days before would make Argentina to S.A. look like a cake walk! :face_with_stuck-out_tongue_winking_eye:

That's a very melodramatic article.
This bit is wrong though. 1994 was when they started selling replicas. The CCC jersey with the red (but small) steinlager logo that Bovidae mentions above.
But, there was no such thing as an All Black replica jersey until 1999 the New Zealand Rugby Union punted Canterbury International - a New Zealand company that made the jersey for most of the 20th century - to get into bed with global giants adidas.
If as bad as it gets is that they remove, and then add-back, the white collar every 3 to 4 years then we don't know how lucky we are.
Spare a thought for Boks fans who had one of their greatest triumphs in this abomination:

Dramatic piston wristed gibbons: "Waaaah, it's so shit how we keep losing players overseas"
also Dramatic piston wristed gibbons: "Waaah, it's so shit how the NZRU keep trying to make money off its best asset"

oh, and to make it worse, the spud writing the article advises you to buy one, but not an official one so the NZRU gets money, but some overseas company's replica.
Fuck me dead. Who is Tony Smith?
-
@mariner4life Tony Smith is the worst writer at Stuff, which is really saying something. Everything he's ever written is just moronic. IIRC, he's a halfwit from Canterbury.

Uniform shock? It isn't a shock how poor this Ferald article is
