People at Sky

Yeah...many thousands of people can waste their time recording it - OR perhaps Sky could do the obvious thing that any organization with half a brain and ten fucking sports channels would do and replay the biggest fucking game of the week at the time on Sunday morning when I suspect there's lots of people who would like to watch it!
Instead of the piles of shit they're playing at 9am.
Can someone explain to me why they don't?!!!!!

Coz they think you can all record it?

@booboo If that is what they are thinking they are applying absolutely fuck all thought.
Ten years ago, I'm pretty sure they did it to try to coerce everyone to pay extra for MySky, but that reason is long gone.
Either there is some way they are still able to generate revenue by not televising it in what I would considerr a prime spot - or they're just morons.
To be honest I can't understand why you guys are apparently supporting this moronic line?
Especially when you're in Australia!
-
Am I actually very surprised their are people with Sky that don't have MySky. I didn't think they even made non recording boxes anymore.
And if you still have one from years ago you probably weren't paying attention when you could have upgraded for free. That would be why they think their customers have the ability to watch when they want (as long as they remember to record)

The best part about recording it is that you can fast forward all the rubbish and just watch the real rugby when numbers 9-15 have the ball.

@chris-b hang on...which is more moronic?
A. Gnashing and wailing about the time of a replay when it can be recorded and watched at any time.
B. Recording and watching at any time and not bothering with the replay. My 80-something year old grandfather knows how to record shit on Sky.
And does so - for fucking everything. I don't think he even watches anything when it's actually televised any more... just records everything, and watches it when he feels like it. It doesn't seem like it's much of a "waste of time". -

The worst thing about recording it is if you can't resist the FF button when ABs are stinking the joint out and you watch the mother of all comebacks in x12 speed.

Judging by the jokes surfacing in other threads, grandpa ChrisB may have provided the fern with a rival to 'When's the team named?'
