Watching The Breakdown last night which I myskyed. AT the end they had a piece with 1014 Rugby guys and then the next show afterwards was the 1014 show.
It looked promising. My recording ended after 5 minutes in, but I have recorded a replay of it and will have a look later.
The part I was watching was the video anlysis which is so lacking in any NZ media. Like what The42 does.
P.s. Discovering The42 has been good for the video analysis, but as it is a blog format with comments on everything ....... by christ the population of unhinged cyclopses over there appears very high per capita.

Gregan was interviewed (from the car) on the Short Ball podcast this week, I thought it was really interesting to hear him talk about the loss of the Bledisloe back in 2003. Worth listening to this weeks episode if you don't normally catch this podcast.

Just watched the 1014 show on sky, a stats-fest summary of TRC.
I was struck by their last slide, lineouts won, Sam Whitelock not even on the list of top 10. Not something they discussed.
Read was NZs top source, then S Barrett.
Etzebeth a machine for SAF.
Interesting.
I know we sometimes don't use our one of our locks at all in some tests , just to fuck with my head, but over 6 games where the hell did Sam W disappear to?

He didn't. I think it is simply due to our lineout strategies. Using Read so much offers a 'boy who cried wolf' situation with those marking Whitelock and BBB. At least we have the options to play with unlike a certain team in yellow...
