High point of the Champions League final was the pitch invader as Ronaldo was about to score the 4th, take his shirt off and claim all the credit when he'd had a poor game.
I reckon Bale's goal was the finest ever of its type - incredible piece of athleticism just to direct it towards the goal and the perfect placement was a bonus!

@kiwipie sessegnon has been with us since he was 8 and has said he wants to play for Fulham in PL. Drums were beating about a sale to Spurs with a loan back to Fulham which ticks a lot of boxes - but who knows. I hope he stays obviously and also think at just 18 he's better off playing at Fulham than sitting on the bench at one of the big clubs.
It's not just him though - Fredericks is off contract - 3 of the team from Saturday were loan players. We have to re-sign Jokanovic. Gonna be a busy summer.
I think Fulham's current first side are good enough to survive in the PL but we really lack depth. Hopefully there are some more gems coming through the club.
Meanwhile I have to get used to re-assessing ambitions from winning every game to survival.

When watching the game live it seemed that every RM player except Ronaldo was celebrating Bale's goal in the corner. But a different camera angle on a replay did show him smiling. Reluctantly, I'm sure.

Fuck Sergio Ramos

Ronaldo delivered the cross didn't he? Thus he probably takes credit

Pochettino signing a 4 year extension last week is gonna be expensive
As much as I like him as manager of Spurs, he hasn't won anything yet and he hasn't demonstrated the skills to deal with egomaniacs like those in Madrid. In the two big games that mattered, we got outfoxed by Juve despite being up on aggregate, and we lost to Utd in the FAC semi after taking the lead. His usual strategy, for players who won't tow his line, is to freeze them out of the squad. In addition he has strengthened us because he is crazy into squad fitness. I can't see Sergio Ramos, Ronaldo and the boys going hard in back to back sessions can you? Wenger, I'm not so sure he hasn't lost it. If I was choosing, I would seriously consider Antonio Conte, who won the EPL 12 months ago and can handle big expectations

@canefan Wenger is the favourite for the RM position ...
that's a joke right? I couldn't think of anyone less suitable to the job

@canefan Allegedly Perez wants Pochettino because of his experience at Espanyol and Spurs performance against Real in CL.
Not sure you can say Conte handles big ego's well at all. He's a hot head - has temper tantrums and completely lost the Chelsea squad's respect (again allegedly)
Totally agree with @mariner4life re Arsene. He wants total control - working with Perez - yeah nah

Mother fucking Sergio Ramos!!!!
Karius has a concussion caused by, yep, that filthy motherfucker elbowing him in the head. He then went on to make those two howlers.
I hope some fluffybunny breaks his fucking leg at the World Cup
I wish we had a filthy bastard like that at Liverpool...
