Looks like it should be ok to me.

Or not. It’ll be a knock on.

Ben Smith can fuck off with blocking the conversion.

Great game this. 14-10 and it’s got plenty of high quality rugby - the finishing hasn’t been as good, sadly, so a few chances have gone begging.

    That is a worrying action.

What a hectic first half, very enjoyable to watch. You really wonder how these players survive playing at this pace and intensity for so long.

I made an effort to watch Luke Whitelock, and he’s been really good - not just making tackles, but making big ones. Heaps of workload, like a non-suitcase suitcase.

Tell you what, they just showed that first Saders try, and I reckon Sops is taken out, which creates the space. Thoughts?

I’ll have another look after the game.

Be happy for him to pull that off when wearing Black in a few months

@virgil I won't be if Owen Farrell does it against us.

    I reckon that's dodgy.

Taufua is a mile in front of the play, so Sops never has a chance to get across.

The idea that taking a quick conversion can stop any reviews is a bit archaic isn't it?

Surely the ref can just disallow the conversion attempt?

Crusaders a bit unlucky to be behind. Sopoaga would surely have gone to the bin if they'd seen him take out Bridge when Cody Taylor made his first break. I wondered why he'd stupidly gone for the wide pass and assumed it was two props in support.

I didn't really think the last knock on was clear and obvious either, but there's not much point in having home advantage if you don't get those ones. 🙂

    @chris-b

I reckon you got one you might not have deserved and missed one you did. I wasn't convinced that the knock-on was clear and obvious.

I think Romano is lucky that wasn’t a full arm penalty. What’s he complaining for?

What Barrett? just did would be penalised for double movement if he was on the try line, why why why do refs allow it anywhere else on the field?
Whitelock was over the ball trying to have a crack at it too, but had no chance at all.
