A few half hearted tackle attempts cost us points

If the first half was poor, the first 10 seconds of the second half was awful.

    Poor technique/attitude on defence.

Not back 10 in that situation a yellow card surely?

They’ve lost one anyway for a neck roll.

Enough good moments to get the win, but overall average to poor.

Rest up tonight and rip it up tomorrow fullas!

Nanai-Seturo with a large bench impact - cant afford to leave it that late to introduce him tomorrow.

@kiwimurph wouldn't mind seeing more of Clarke after the way he finished up last week.

Koroi seems to really be struggling with his fitness which is worrying. Maybe ill?

@bones yep Clarke's defence looks like it could be a bit suss but definitely an attacking weapon.

They won in a game that meant nothing to them, Argentina has everything to play for. Also started weak team.
Struggling for 2nd playmaker with Kneestubb out. Webber and Molia for me are not up to this level.
With Etene and Sam Dickson entered in game things changed dramatically. I think Dickson is most important piece of team, workrate, breakdown support, airial skills, tackle. Didn't play in cup rnd last weak and showed. Underrated

@booboo said in 2017-18 World Sevens Series:

I wonder if any group has decided to rock along wearing yellow Line 7 raincoats. Would be a cool troll of Wellington.

The Australian team have gone close with their lemon and lime ensemble

@98blueandgold Agreed on Molia but Webber and Knewstubb are like for like to me. Knewstubb had an absolute shocker in the quarterfinal v Aus last weekend.

Unfortunately Joubert not a great 7s ref either. England could probably feel aggrieved there, although I may have more sympathy if they didn't act like entitled fluffybunnies the whole game.

Nz did well to win that off very little ball. England played well but couldnt strike when needed.

Aussie flogging Kenya 33-0 at half time.
The Kenyans haven’t touched the ball since about the first minute.

Too many events getting into this sort of wristband bullshit. It's cash, EFTPOS, or Paywave, or I spend my money on food and merchandise elsewhere.
