Black Caps vs Windies Series

Broom played some very good innings last summer and over the winter as well against good opposition. Brownlie is the only other option to bat 3 IMO with Williamson out. Broom was always a bit of a short term solution.
They could've given one of the young guys a go.

Good call. Broom is hardly likely to suddenly get better at his age.

Like who? Bruce isn't a #3.

7/3 just when you think they can’t get any worse
-
Poor decision, that was missing by miles. Can't believe they didn't review.

In fairness, those often don't go your way when they are just clipping, so can't be too critical. Poor decision though, did not look out.

8/4, this tour can't end soon enough for the Windies.
-
What’s the lowest score we have dismissed a side for?
-
Windies will be a bit better in the T20s with Badree, Pollard and Braithwaite but the rest of them look so terrible right now it shouldn't make a difference.
I don't think there can be any doubt that this current Windies side is definitely worse than Bangladesh.

9/5. I said during the India tour that Boult was looking in good nick for the summer. Well he's in the zone right now, back to the level he was during the CWC. Great to see, the WI batsmen don't have a chance.
