@canefan Nothing. Their young QB Paxton Lynch looks like a bust so it will be back to the draft for them. Maybe they try and sign Kirk Cousins in the offseason? Or see if Alex Smith or Drew Brees want a last run at the Superbowl?

That's a decent trade for the 49ers. The Patriots wanted nothing less than a 1st rounder for him earlier in the season.

Garoppolo probably would've preferred to stay at the Pats so he could hit free agency this off season, as then he'd of been offered a massive contract from a QB needy team without having to prove he's worth it. Now he has to prove he's worth a big contract this season with not many weapons. His value could dip, but Shanahan will try his best to make him look like a star to justify the trade.

@dice Yeah, the 49ers have two high second round picks so it is worth the risk. If it doesn't work out just draft a QB or sign Kirk Cousins.

Some silly trades around the NFL - Carolina has sent their best WR to Buffalo, Miami sent their RB to Philadelphia.

Buffalo have been the most active with trades this season.

This one is really surprising. Ajayi was their whole offense last season and they let him go for a 4th.

The Eagles are going all in this year. They've been trading all their picks away and they're apparently trying to lure Calvin Johnson out of retirement.

The Browns are so bad. They forgot to approve the trade on time.

McCarron must be pretty happy it didn't go through. The Browns have no wide receivers.

@dice Oh Browns....not only did they muck up the trade for a new QB, now the young QBs they have drafted know they're not being backed by the organisation anymore.

Broncos are gonna rock with the Brock at QB from now on. They'll be looking for a veteran QB in the offseason (Cousins, Smith, Brees, anyone)

IT's a bummer - like RG3 he was looking amazing. ACL are nasty - hope he comes back OK.

Broncos and the Giants get dicked by Wentz and Goff..

Texans talked up that they weren't done for the season with Watson out, but then they lose to the Colts.. LOL

Cowboys get over the Chiefs.. and the Redskins win over the Seahawks..

San Francisco 0-9ers lose again. Poor CJ Beathard took an absolute beating - 49ers lost 5 more players in this game (they have 15 on injured reserve) and the 49ers receivers drop as many balls as they catch.

The good news for the 9ers is Beathard wasn't injured so Garoppolo didn't have to play yet - hopefully Beathard can survive at least one more game, then the 49ers have the bye and can possibly look at putting in Garoppolo after that.

Crazy to think that the LA Rams led by Jared Goff and the Philly Eagles led by Carson Wentz are now the favourites to battle for the NFC spot in the Superbowl.

I'm really surprised by the Rams.. Halfway through the season, and not only do they have more wins than last year, but they've scored more points than last year as well..

Just when you thought they didn't have many weapons in the passing game

Their biggest upgrade was getting rid of Jeff Fisher

Sadly, this was Jeff Fisher's most memorable moment as Rams head coach.

Does anyone want to eat some W's? 😄

Greatest pre-game speech of all time IMO.

Unfortunately, this speech sparked a 30 - 10 loss to the Saints.

A great day in an otherwise mediocre NFL season - the 49ers have won! 31-20 over the NY Football Giants!

I think it means the 49ers drop to 3rd in the NFL draft order behind the Browns and Giants though.

@sneakdefreak 49ers should be real excited with their draft class - a lot of them had great games today (included some undrafted rookies they picked up). At worst QB Beathard looks like a perfect cheap backup for the next 3 seasons of his rookie contract - he is one tough dude.
