@KiwiMurph @Donsteppa Settle down you two - that was a freakish play, likely the same result with any kicker.
It happened because Lowe mucked around to pivot on his left because he doesn't back his right foot. At test level, players are analysed so much. I don't think you can get away with being a kicker who only kicks off one foot in international rugby. Mo'unga knew this and targeted his left foot. Good reward for reviewing the tape during the week.
We have wings who can barely kick off either feet ....

fuck the crusaders are making some tackles.
Goodhue off, is he injured? Hes been making a bucketload of tackles

True but those players aren't picked for their boot. Lowe's biggest attribute is his big boot but we already have Dagg.

Its down to the Canes now to give this competition the final it deserves.
Fuck off Lions and your shitty piggy backed ride to a potential home final!
Will it be played at the Cake Tin so a crowd will bother to turn up?

The issue is the final series is a farce = low crowd turnout. No matter how well they manage it the travel was always going to be a killer for the chiefs. Yet the super rugby administrators are so inept the they are unable to find a solution. hopefully Sky put their foot down again as they did with the silly 18 team structure. so cut the teams down to 15 (good move) and make sure in the finals teams are not buggered up by so much travel

James Lowe again, @Nepia...
Who's ever said that Lowe doesn't make mistakes, the one you were going on about was freakish.
@hydro11 I can't work out that logic, so another wing who got in a freakish incident like that would be absolved because they don't have a good boot. Furthermore, you're clearly not a fan, but even so you're underrating his other abilities, he's got more than a boot and has served the Chiefs pretty well in the past few years.
Anyway, well played by the Crusaders, reminded me of the 1999/2000 team who defended like machines. Chiefs just couldn't quite break them open to get a roll on.

Good 2nd 40 from the Crusaders.
Thought the TNW knock on call was correct in the end. IMO he lost it under his body before getting to the line. The way they got their sux though. Either check it before giving it or the try stands. That kills the momentum of a game much more than checking straight away. Will be a different looking chiefs next year. Lots of guys leaving. Cruden was pretty good in his last game but i won't miss his constant whinging at the ref.
Has Bryn Hall been taking lessons from Pulu and the BILs 9's in how to fuck around at the base of the ruck. Hate the little rolling the ball, stop, look around, then slowly pick it up and do something.
Lets go Canes. All NZ final please.

Bugger. The brave warrior Chiefs, finally felled by the jammy cantabs.
Great crowd. Looked to be well over 100 people there.
Just one man’s opinion but I thought Ian Smith did a GREAT job, in the absence of fellow fluffer TJ, at keeping Izzy Dagg’s bumhole thoroughly lubricated for the entire duration of the match with a phalange of deep ranging tongue action thrusts.
A mighty Wharepaku falls in the garden of Tane. I'm sure your awesome post will get lots of upvotes.
Can't explain the shit crowd, I was at a packed AMI when it was minus four for an Irish test and all it took was two smuggled hipflasks of Jamiesons for us to ignore it. Soft kids these days, just put on thermals and a merino and a puffer jacket and two pairs of socks and gloves and a wooly hat and eight little bottles of Two Tracks 14% Pinot Noir and you'll be fine. FYI it was eleven degrees and sunny at 2:35pm today.
Complaining about the commentators isn't talking about Sport, yes boy.
